 SM Foundation College Scholarship Program for SY 2023-2024 Henry Sy, Sr., the founder of SM, believes that education is the best defense against poverty. To assist youth in achieving their goals, they established the SM College Scholarships to provide college and technical-vocational scholarship grants, as well as access to primary education through school buildings. The SMFI College Scholarship program is designed to assist low-income but deserving high school students in obtaining a college education and establishing a better future for themselves and their families. The SM Foundation’s vision is to create the Philippines where everyone has the opportunity for self-improvement and the environment is preserved for future generations, while its mission is to make targeted social investments in education, health care, livelihood, and shelter to assist under-served Filipinos in improving their lives; and we will promote initiatives to protect and enhance the Philippines’ unique and dive
